Battlezone Gold Edition lets you play without a VR headset – Out soon
Rebellion is opening up its excellent VR title Battlezone for non-VR users.
Battlezone released a year ago and it was great fun in VR scoring an 8/10 in the PC Invasion review. The game places you at the heart of the action inside the tank and comes with a procedurally generated campaign for 1-4 players with drop-in co-op gameplay.
Rebellion is also not skinning gamers who already own the VR version because they will get this update absolutely free giving VR users the option to play the game without VR.
Battlezone worked brilliantly in VR and it will look even better without the VR hardware resolution restrictions. It will be well worth a look when it releases on 1 May.
